Eric Oldsman, Ph.D. — President

Dr. Oldsman is the founder and President of Nexus Associates, Inc.  He has been working in the field of economic andsocial development for more than 35 years.  Prior to founding the firm in 1991, Dr. Oldsman served as a senior consultant at Arthur D. Little, Inc. (1984-1991) and a project officer at PACT, Inc. (1980-1982).  He holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) and Ph.D. from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy of Development from Brown University.
